Free Diastasis Recti & Core Control Screening

We’ll be on hand to answer your questions, screen for diastasis recti and core control, and give you personalized tips to improve your core strength.

    Why Get Screened?

A core screening is a great first step in understanding your core and pelvic floor health. Pelvic floor therapists will give you some tips that you can start applying to your exercises at F45 that day!

    What is Diastasis Recti?
It’s the separation of the abdominal muscles (rectus abdominis) that can occur due to current or prior pregnancy, weight changes, or even improper core exercises. Diastasis can affect anyone—moms, people new to fitness, or those who’ve experienced significant weight fluctuations. Men and even children can have diastasis!

How is the core related to the pelvic floor?

A healthy, balanced core supports your pelvic floor, improving your posture and reducing pressure on sensitive areas. Diastasis recti is closely linked to pelvic floor dysfunction. If left unchecked, a weakened core can lead to pain or discomfort in daily activities, so it is important to get ahead of!

    4/25 - 11:45am - 1pm
