Qualifications and Skills
Licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
Pelvic health coursework (Herman & Wallace Level 1 or Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1) completed or planned
Commitment to one-on-one client evaluation and treatment using full body approach
Problem-solver, flexible, with a desire to learn and grow professionally
Pelvic health experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who aligns with our values and standards.

Client Care Coordinator:
Do you excel in communication and making people feel comfortable? Bloom is a woman-owned multi-location pelvic floor specialty practice seeking a friendly, enthusiastic & motivated candidate to work seamlessly with the team and patients in the role of Client Care Coordinator.
This is not a typical administrative position- this is an opportunity to develop relationships, impact the wellbeing of clients & work in a fun and supportive environment with opportunity to grow professionally! The Client Care Coordinator is the friendly face that welcomes clients to the practice, and plays a vital role in our client’s care and optimal clinic function.
The position involves effectively interacting with patients and therapists in the clinic, answering phone calls, managing fax & emails, scheduling clients, following up with necessary documents with various providers, and maintaining office organization and presentation. Awareness of pelvic floor therapy is helpful; however, we are willing to train the right individual.
Please note – This position is in office and will be for all locations throughout the week- Lutz, St. Petersburg, and South Tampa. We look forward to adding another empathetic, fun, detail-oriented person to our team!
Candidate should strongly possess the following:
Self-starter that excels in project and time management, including clinic operations, schedule management and client communications.
Dependable, punctual and reliable team member.
Problem-solver, flexible and works well in dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or higher.
Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
Able to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
Commitment to creating an ideal customer service experience and ability to professionally communicate at all times.
Able to take patient information, fax, manage email communications and feel comfortable on the phone.
Driven to learn and communicate about pelvic floor therapy and the various diagnoses that are served.
