Bloom Pelvic Floor Therapy Expands to St. Petersburg: Our Third Location Is Coming to Pinellas County!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce what many of you have been asking for - Bloom Pelvic Therapy is expanding to St. Petersburg! That's right - we're officially crossing the bridge to bring our specialized pelvic health services to Pinellas County! We are excited to offer pelvic floor therapy for men and women, pelvic pain treatment, pregnancy and postpartum pelvic floor therapy, and pessary fittings.
A Dream Coming True
From the moment we opened our first location in Lutz, we've been listening to our patients. So many of you have shared stories not wanting to commit to pelvic therapy knowing you will have to travel the bridge, or expressing how much easier it would be to have Bloom closer to home in Pinellas County. We heard you loud and clear, and now we're making it happen!
The journey to opening our St. Petersburg location has been both exciting and challenging. It started with countless hours researching the perfect location - somewhere accessible, with parking, plenty of natural light, with space to have private treatment rooms equipped with all the bells and whistles you have to come to know Bloom for. We searched for a welcoming space, that with some renovations we could make into the peaceful atmosphere our patients deserve during their healing journey.
The St. Pete market must be hot- because we offered and lost a number of prospective locations along the way- all to pave the way to the most accessible, central, bright, checking all the boxes location yet!
Bloom Pelvic Therapy St. Pete will continue to serve men, women, and children- relieving pelvic pain, pain with sex, leaking urine, urgency, frequency, bowel dysfunction, pains of pregnancy and return to activity postpartum. We treat the most common and the most complex of cases and we look forward to helping you find the solution you’ve been hoping for.
Building Our New Space
Once we found our ideal spot, the real adventure began! We've been busy:
Dreaming up a design that captures the Bloom essence while giving our St. Pete location its own unique character
Meeting with trades and services (so many!) to transform the space into the serene, comfortable environment Bloom is known for
Comparing estimates and making tough decisions about how to create the perfect balance of function and comfort while still remaining a sustainable business in the process (I may dream big and have to reel myself in often!)
Dreaming up the finishes, furniture, and layout of each room with attention to each detail, all designed for pelvic healing. Having fun ordering the furniture, equipment and supplies that meet our high standards for patient care and comfort. And now that the things are being delivered, but construction is still ongoing- my garage looks like a warehouse, waiting on the Uhaul to bring equipment down to the new office!
Each step has brought us closer to creating a space where patients feel immediately at ease when walking in the door for pelvic floor therapy- somewhere that says "healing happens here" the moment you walk through the door in our new St. Pete Pelvic Floor office.

Reaching out to new providers who share our passion for pelvic health and helping clients feel their best, learning about them and their work- all to have the best people to refer our patients to. We truly believe in a team approach to pelvic care- whether this be a gym, trainer, nutritionist, physician, mental health provider, or birth worker. Our promise is to have vetted the best people to refer you to!
Reconnecting with practitioners who have been fans of our approach and are eager to collaborate closely with our team. They've referred patients to us, attended our workshops, or followed our growth from the beginning. Now they'll be part of bringing the Bloom difference to Pinellas County!
